The First Location Opens

Gino Rosetti opens the first Papa Ginos restaurant on New State Hwy in Raynham, MA — a cozy 30-seat dining room with a wood-fired oven and a menu of six classic pizzas. Neighbors line up around the block on opening day.

1998

Best Pizza in Massachusetts Award

Papa Ginos earns its first major recognition — the Boston Food Critics' "Best Pizza in Massachusetts" award. The signature Margherita and Meat Lover's pizzas attract food writers from across New England, putting papa gino's on the culinary map.

2003

Menu Expansion & Catering Launch
